Refund, Exchange, Pre-Order & Market Policy

At RyanRae&Jayde Boutique, many of our pieces are hand-selected, handmade, limited-quantity, or secured directly from market vendors. Due to the nature of our inventory and ordering process, the following policies are strictly enforced.

By placing an order with RyanRae&Jayde Boutique, you agree to all terms outlined below.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS

RyanRae&Jayde Boutique does not offer refunds under any circumstances. We offer exchanges only on eligible full-price items that meet the requirements outlined below.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Pre-orders
• Market orders
• Custom or handmade items
• Grab bags, mystery bags, or curated bundles
• Sale items or flash sale items
• Promotional or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Jewelry, accessories, or personal use items
• Any items marked Final Sale

Store credit or exchanges may be offered only when eligibility requirements are met.


PRE-ORDERS, MARKET ORDERS & CUSTOM ITEMS POLICY (STRICTLY ENFORCED)

All pre-orders, market orders, and custom items are FINAL SALE.

When you place a pre-order or market order, RyanRae&Jayde Boutique immediately prepays vendors to secure your items. These items are often:

• Handmade
• Custom made
• Made-to-order
• Limited quantity
• Vendor-secured specifically for you

Because these items are prepaid and reserved specifically for you:

• Pre-orders cannot be canceled
• Pre-orders cannot be refunded
• Pre-orders cannot be exchanged
• Pre-orders cannot be transferred

Once a pre-order or market order is placed, it is considered a binding purchase agreement.

Attempting to cancel pre-orders after placement may result in permanent restriction from future pre-orders, market orders, or VIP ordering privileges.


GRAB BAGS, VIP BOXES, & MYSTERY ORDERS

All grab bags, VIP boxes, mystery bundles, curated boxes, and promotional bundles are FINAL SALE.

These items are custom-curated and heavily discounted. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be permitted.


EXCHANGES (FULL-PRICE ITEMS ONLY)

We offer exchanges ONLY on full-price, regular inventory items.

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for exchange:

• Item must be unworn
• Item must be unwashed
• Item must have original tags attached
• Item must be free of odors, stains, makeup, or damage
• Item must be in original condition

RyanRae&Jayde Boutique reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these requirements.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


DAMAGES OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

We will evaluate and resolve verified issues with exchange or replacement when appropriate.


MARKET & HANDMADE ITEM DELIVERY TIMELINES

Market items, handmade pieces, and vendor-secured inventory may require extended processing times.

These timelines vary due to:

• Handmade production timelines
• Vendor fulfillment schedules
• Custom manufacturing
• Market ordering timelines

Estimated timelines are not guaranteed and may vary. Delays do not qualify orders for cancellation or refund.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

This includes:

• Pre-orders
• Market orders
• Website orders
• VIP group claims

RyanRae&Jayde Boutique begins processing and securing inventory immediately.


REFUSED OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is refused or returned to sender:

• Customer will be responsible for reshipping fees
• No refunds will be issued


POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order with RyanRae&Jayde Boutique, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.

RyanRae&Jayde Boutique reserves the right to refuse service, cancel future ordering privileges, or restrict access to pre-orders and VIP purchasing for customers who violate policy terms.

Additional Terms & Protections

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (Strictly Enforced)

By placing an order with RyanRae&Jayde Boutique, you agree to our No Refund and Final Sale policies.

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal for a valid order that follows our policy will be considered a violation of our terms.

If a chargeback is initiated:

• You will be permanently banned from purchasing with RyanRae&Jayde Boutique
• You will lose access to VIP group privileges
• You will no longer be eligible for pre-orders, market orders, giveaways, or promotions
• Your account may be sent to collections if fraud or policy abuse is determined

RyanRae&Jayde Boutique reserves the right to provide proof of your agreement to our policies to your financial institution.


Pre-Order & Market Order Agreement

By placing any pre-order, market order, or custom order, you acknowledge and agree:

• These items are secured and prepaid specifically for you
• These orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged
• Production and shipping timelines may vary
• Market items may be handmade, limited, or made-to-order

Placing a pre-order is a binding agreement to purchase the item.


Payment Plans (Shop Pay, Installments, or Split Payments)

If you use Shop Pay, installment plans, or any payment plan:

• You are still fully bound to all boutique policies
• Payment plans do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund
• Failure to complete payments may result in account restriction

Payment plans are a payment convenience, not a refund eligibility exception.


Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing, fit descriptions, and product details before purchasing.

Because fit and body types vary, sizing dissatisfaction does not qualify an item for refund.

We are always happy to help with sizing guidance before purchase.


VIP Group Claims & Live Sale Claims

Claiming items in our VIP group, live sales, or comment-to-claim posts is considered a binding purchase agreement.

Once claimed, these orders cannot be canceled.

Failure to complete payment may result in permanent removal from VIP purchasing privileges.


Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

RyanRae&Jayde Boutique is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Lost, stolen, or delayed packages after shipment
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Once a package leaves our facility, shipping carriers assume responsibility.

Customers must contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.


Refusal of Service

RyanRae&Jayde Boutique reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to:

• Policy violations
• Chargebacks
• Abusive or inappropriate behavior
• Repeated cancellations or disputes
• Fraudulent activity

Our priority is protecting our business and customers.
